Our Cancellation Policy
When you book an appointment with us, your stylist or technician dedicates that time exclusively to you. Therefore, we kindly request that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the appointment, as we need time to reschedule accordingly.
Deposits
For colour appointments, a £50 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from your appointment cost on the day. However, if you fail to provide us with 48 hours' notice for cancellation, the £50 deposit will not be refunded.
Appointments made during the 48 hour cancellation period that subsequently cancelled or rescheduled will not have their deposit refunded.
No Shows
If you have missed more than two appointments without prior notice, you will be required to pay for your future appointments upfront.
If you arrive late we'll do our best to carry out the scheduled service, but may have to make adjustments (e.g. fewer foils or reduced styling), to minimise delays to the next client, you will be charged your full appointment cost in this instance.
Cancellation charges (detailed above), apply to appointments we are unable to fulfil due to late arrivals.
Patch Testing
Patch testing before hair colouring is essential for safety. We conduct these tests 48 hours prior to colour appointments, and clients must be re patch tested every 6 months.
Under 16's
We are not able to colour clients hair under the age of 16, 16 year olds must be accompanied by a guardian during their consultation and give consent to the services agreed.
