Terms & Conditions:
Eligibility:
Open to all new and existing clients aged 18 and over.
Employees of Nicky Mills or its affiliates and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Service Flexibility:
The winner can select any combination of services up to the total value of £2,500 over the year.
Services include full head highlights, root colours, curly cuts, toners, treatments, blow-drys, and more.
The choice of services must follow Nicky Mills' professional recommendations to ensure hair health. For example, highlights will only be scheduled at safe intervals, and treatments will be spaced to prevent over-processing.
Booking Limitations:
Appointments must be pre-booked and are subject to Nicky Mills’ availability.
All services must be completed within one year from the date of the winner announcement.
Unused balances do not carry over past this time.
Exclusions:
The prize is strictly for in-salon hairdressing services and cannot be exchanged for cash, retail products, hair extensions, or any other physical goods.
Non-Transferable:
The prize is non-transferable and can only be used by the winner. It cannot be gifted or sold to anyone else.
Cancellation Policy:
Appointments cannot be cancelled within 72 hours notice.
If a scheduled appointment is missed without proper cancellation, the remaining annual balance will be reduced to zero.
