Meet the Team

Nicky, our Salon Director and Hairdresser, is currently enhancing her skills in curly haircutting and will be undertaking a course in afro hair at Not Another Salon this January. She specialises in colour restyles and curly hair. Nicky's favourite product is the Goldwell Rich Repair 6 Effect Serum. Outside the salon, she enjoys reading and spending time with her boxer, Mabel. 

Working days: Mon, Tue, Thu and Fri

Tori has a Bachelor of Arts degree and is a university graduate in business studies & MAAT after completing the AAT qualification. Tori is super organised and diligent which paired with her compassionate and caring nature makes her perfect to manage our large and diverse team.

Char’s many years in customer service match with her cheerful and bubbly personality makes her a dream manager. Our salon would literally fall apart without Char, she manages everything from product ordering to answering emails and calls to organising staff meetings, diaries and everything in between. Our clients love to be greeted by her smiley face and she never fails to brighten our day! 

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Mia joined the team in November of 2022. Before she joined the team, she worked in an architect's practice whilst completing her level 3 in digital marketing. Mia has grown up around hairdressers from a young age and as a result, has a wide knowledge of all things hair. Mia helps out with a range of our marketing efforts such as updating our customers with our latest offers, creating videos for our social media, managing our website and more.

Mia's favourite product is the Ultra Volume Intense root lift spray.

Georgie started her hairdressing career in 2013 and recently joined the worlds most elite group of hair colourists as a Goldwell Master Colourist. We call Gig the bleach queen as her speciality is creating the perfect platinum blonde for client after client. When Gigi’s not at work she is usually snuggling her miniature dachshunds listening to Beyonce. Gigi’s favourite product is KMS Cleansing Conditioner.

Working Days: Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays

Lauren has been hairdressing in Exeter since 2009 and joined our team in 2019, she is level 3 qualified and excels in every area of hairdressing. Lauren has found a real love for colour, we are so happy to have her as part of our team! Not only a skilled colourist, Lauren is also an amazing mum to her son. 

Working Days: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays

Tia began hairdressing in 2015 at Toni & Guy. Tia’s hardworking, diligent and passionate personality has given her the ability and drive to succeed. Her favourite part of hairdressing is creative balayage and Tia says her inspiration for success is our salon-founder Nicky! Tia is NVQ 2 & 3 qualified and completed the first stages of the Goldwell Colour Mastery in London. Her favourite product is KMS Therma Shape Straightening Creme.

Working Days: Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays

Neysa started her journey in the hair industry in 2014. Neysa’s bubbly and friendly manner as well as skill has made her an instant hit with all clients. Neysa has found love for balayage, which you can see in her amazing work. Neysa’s favourite product is KMS Quick Blow Dry Spray.

Working Days: Monday - Thursday

Kayleigh joined our team in 2022, she achieved her NVQ in March 2023 and is going to be undertaking her level 3 this year. Kayleigh excels in every area of hairdressing and is particularly interested in blonding and balayage. Outside of work, Kayleigh likes to spend time with friends/family and explore new places. Kayleigh’s favourite product in the salon is Olaplex’s N.o 8.

Working Days: Tuesday - Saturday

Ava joined the team in 2021 and had fit in perfectly with her happy and fun nature, a nature that has made her a very likeable person with clients and staff alike. Ava has had a long interest in hairdressing and is coming on strength to strength with her training and is proving to be a complete natural in the industry. Ava’s favourite product in the salon is the Goldwell Bond Pro range.

Working Days: Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

Maddie joined the team in summer 2022. Before she joined the team, Maddie took hairdressing at college for a year before deciding to do an apprenticeship. She is currently working towards her hairdressing NVQ at Skills Group and is doing brilliantly. Maddie's favourite aspect of hairdressing so far is doing blowdrys and learning about colour.
Maddie’s favourite product is the KMS Quick Blow Dry.

Meet Ellie, our versatile apprentice who joined our team in the summer of 2023. She's currently on her way to achieving her Hairdressing NVQ level 2 with Skills Group. Ellie's need for speed extends beyond her work; she's a devoted banger racing enthusiast, beyond her hairdressing and racing pursuits, Ellie showcases grace and elegance as a majorette. Ellie's favourite product is our Goldwell Blonde and Highlights Shampoo; she swears by its effectiveness, We're delighted to have Ellie as our latest edition to the team, and we look forward to her continued growth on her hairdressing journey.

Lauren first found her flair for colouring when she started her hairdressing career in 2005. Lauren is very caring and reliable which has made her a very important part of our team! Outside of work, our super glam mum spends her time with her son and they love nothing more than fun days out and sunny holidays. She is in the process of completing her Goldwell Colour Mastery courses in London. Laurens's favourite product is KMS Add Power Strengthening Fluid.
