K18 is made up of a unique set of ingredients and has been clinically proven to repair and reverse hair damage. When damage occurs, either through heat, colour, or chemicals, the chains that make up the inner structure of your hair weaken and break. This reduces elasticity and leaves you with hair that looks dull and is prone to split ends and breakage.
K18 uses its combination of 13 amino acids to get deep into the inner structure of your hair and fix any damage. Unlike most treatments which only focus on the outermost layers, K18 is able to deeply penetrate the hair and fix any broken bonds. When a strand of hair is damaged the entire structure is altered, therefore only focussing on the outer layers won’t be enough to fully restore your hair's resilience and shine.

K18 reconnects broken polypeptide chains in the inner layer of your hair, restoring the structure and leaving it looking and feeling as good as new. Following a single K18 treatment your hair will be stronger and have increased elasticity, which helps to reduce breakage. The restored structure will also lead to a beautiful silky texture and glossy appearance.
For best results, apply K18 to clean, towel dried hair. Your hair should be damp enough to be evenly moist throughout, but no water should come out when you squeeze it. It is important not to use a conditioner after shampooing. Conditioners contain oils, silicones, and other ingredients which create a barrier and will stop K18 from working as effectively.
There are two different ways that you can use K18 to enjoy soft and bouncy hair.
The Professional Molecular Repair Hair Mist is used to strengthen hair before a chemical treatment. This helps to increase your hair’s resilience and reduce breakage.
The Professional Molecular Repair Hair Mask is used post treatment to repair any damage caused during the process. It is applied to clean, damp hair, and then left for 4 minutes to take effect. After that time the hair can be styled as normal. There is no need to wash out K18, as the lightweight formula works on the inside of your hair, leaving the surface feeling clean and light.
