Our Cancellation Policy
Cancelling An Appointment
If you have booked an appointment with us then be assured that your stylist or technician has dedicated that time solely to you. We therefore kindly ask that you give us at least 48 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If we do not receive notice within this time period we will need to charge for the appointment in order to reschedule.
If you miss an appointment we charge the full price for that service you were booked in for.
We will ask for a deposit for appointments to secure the appointment space for you. The appointment can be rescheduled and cancelled as long as you give us more than 48 hours notice.
To help you remember your appointment we will send out a reminder by text message and by email 48 hours prior to your appointment. Whilst we do what we can to help remind you of an appointment that you have booked with us, ultimately responsibility remains with you.
